North American Management Team
The North American Management Team is responsible management of the Egemin Group’s North American business activities. The North American Management Team adheres to the international business strategy of Egemin Automation and makes sure it is consistently implemented across North America.
Thomas Kaminski (CEO, Egemin Automation Inc., North America)
Thomas Kaminski has been with Egemin Automation Inc. since 2004, and has been CEO of the North American operations since 2014. Prior to becoming CEO, he was a member of the Egemin management team in varying roles since 2009.
Kaminski is a graduate of Kettering University (formerly GMI). A west Michigan native, he believes in improving the region through technology and business development. He feels that community involvement and inspiring young people into careers in science, engineering, and technology is the best way to positively impact the future of West Michigan. He has volunteered and mentored multiple local FIRST Robotics organizations, and has worked with students to become a part of the Egemin family through internships and co-op experiences; most of these students are now full-time employees at Egemin.
Lisa Turkstra (VP Finance & Administration)
Lisa Turkstra has been Vice President of Finance and Administration of Egemin Automation Inc. since 2002. Her degree is in Accounting with a minor emphasis in Labor Relations and has her Masters of Business Administration in Accounting. Since joining the company in 1981, she has worked in positions of progressive responsibility in accounting, human resources, quality and safety, legal and information technology. In 1985 she became the first female member of management team and was promoted to Vice President in 2002.
Lisa Turkstra has been a past officer of local human resources management association, an active participant in supporting local charities and the transitional education of woman reentering the workplace.
Chase Turkstra (Director of Life Cycle Services & Installations)
Chase Turkstra has been the Director of Life Cycle Services & Installations at Egemin Automation since 2012. He graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Accounting degree, with an International Accounting concentration, and in 2011, he graduated with an MBA with a concertation in Marketing.
Turkstra joined Egemin in 2000 as a part-time accounting temp and became a full time Staff Accountant in January of 2003. He held a number of other positions at Egemin Automation, including Site Technician, Site Supervisor, and Installation Lead. In 2010, he was appointed Manager of Life Cycle Services and Installation, responsible for the installation and long term support of all equipment produced from the North American headquarters. He joined the Egemin Automation North American Management Team in 2011.
Nathan Wolf (Director of Operations)
Nathan Wolf, Director of Operations at Egemin Automation Inc., was born in Maryland and grew up in Schaumburg, IL. A recipient of a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from Grand Valley State University, he has been with Egemin since December, 2011.
In his tenure with Egemin, Wolf had several roles prior to becoming Director of Operations. He was a Senior Project Manager from 2012-2013, Director of Project Management from 2013-2015, and has been Director of Operations since 2015.
Andrea Petoskey (Director of Solutions Engineering)
Andrea Petoskey, Director of Solutions Engineering, holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering (Michigan Technological University) and a Masters of Business Administration from Lake Superior State University. Prior to joining Egemin Automation Inc., she worked at Controls Engineering Company (subsidiary of Jervis B. Webb) for 10 years. She worked as a System Software Engineer, a System Engineer, and a Project manager at CEC. Petoskey joined Egemin in 2004, and prior to becoming the Director of Solutions Engineering in 2015, she held positions such as Senior Project manager, Director of Project Management, Vice President of Technical Operations, and Vice President of Engineering and Technical Operations.
Petoskey has been involved with the March of Dimes organization for over twenty years and currently serves as the Secretary on the West Michigan March of Dimes Board of Directors.
Mark Hollebeek (Director of Engineering)
Mark Hollebeek has been Director of Engineering at Egemin since 2015. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Statistics from Calvin College in 2000. He received further training in Quality Assurance and Auditing and is a certified lead auditor.
Hollebeek started his career as a Controls Engineer with Designed Conveyor Systems of Michigan for 3 years, before becoming Control Systems Manager at Blesco Inc. for 5 years. He was a Control Systems Manager and Production Manager for a combined 7 years at viastore systems Inc.
He oversees all Engineering disciplines at Egemin Automation Inc.
John Clark (Director of Marketing)
John Clark joined Egemin in 2016 as Director of Marketing. An experienced material handling automation Marketing executive, Clark has over 20 years of broad hands-on tactical and strategic experience in creating effective multifaceted marketing programs tied to measurable results.
Clark earned a B.A. in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and has held marketing management positions at several global material handling automation companies throughout his career.
